In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "9bat" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" means the operator of the website accessible at https://9bat.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions of that site.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
- "Account" means the personal account opened by a player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit or bonus amount credited to a player's account by 9bat, which is subject to separate wagering conditions and cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are satisfied.
- "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a player on any sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product offered by the Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by 9bat to confirm a player's identity, age, and source of funds.
- "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission described in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
- "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive determinations on the Platform.
2.1 By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9bat with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between you and 9bat on the same subject matter.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform, close any open account, and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2.4 9bat reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time by presenting an acceptance prompt at login. Failure to re-confirm acceptance may result in restrictions being placed on your account until confirmation is received.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. 9bat operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+ in line with responsible gambling best practices for the Bangladesh market. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
3.2 Identity Verification. You must be the natural person you claim to be. Registering an account in another person's name, using a fictitious identity, or providing false identification documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Geographic Eligibility. 9bat is an offshore online betting platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 9bat makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in any particular location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.
3.4 Single Account. Each player is entitled to hold only one active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name or different names — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
3.5 Mental Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under any legal incapacity and are fully able to enter into legally binding agreements.
4.1 To place bets on 9bat, you must complete the registration process and open a verified account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
4.2 You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any information changes — including your contact details or payment method details — you must update your account promptly. 9bat may request updated documentation at any time.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by another person — is your responsibility.
4.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 9bat support immediately at [email protected]. 9bat will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but cannot accept liability for losses that occurred prior to notification.
4.5 KYC Verification. 9bat may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence) at the time of registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied; you deposit, bet, and withdraw in BDT.
5.2 Supported Payment Methods. 9bat accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 9bat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for deposits above ৳50,000 in any single transaction.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. 9bat targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals under ৳10,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification steps.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on your account, subject to KYC approval. 9bat reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
5.6 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used as a mechanism for money laundering or any other financial crime. Deposits must originate from payment methods owned by the account holder. 9bat cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected financial crime and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 9bat may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before fees are applied and may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform and is visible in your bet history. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical failure are not valid and any stake will be returned.
6.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 9bat operates on a "price at time of bet placement" basis — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. 9bat is under no obligation to honour odds that are displayed due to a technical error and are clearly not reflective of true market pricing.
6.3 Bet Limits. Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are displayed within each market. 9bat reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its absolute discretion without providing a reason, including for players who consistently demonstrate profitable betting patterns.
6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. Due to the fast-moving nature of in-play events, bets may be suspended or rejected at any point. 9bat accepts no liability for technical delays in the transmission of live data that may affect in-play betting decisions.
6.5 Voided Bets. 9bat reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed on an event that has been cancelled, where the result has been determined by fraud or corruption, or where the bet was placed in error at clearly incorrect odds.
6.6 Cricket Specific Rules. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, specific cricket betting rules apply as published in the Cricket section of the Platform. In all cases of ambiguity, the cricket-specific rules take precedence over these general betting rules.
7.1 9bat offers a welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount, which must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
7.2 Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets unless the Platform's interface specifically directs otherwise.
7.3 Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 Ongoing promotions, seasonal offers (including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other events), and loyalty rewards are subject to individual promotional terms published at the time of the offer. Where there is any conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional term shall take precedence only to the extent of that specific conflict.
7.5 9bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, the terms that applied at the time a player opted in will continue to govern the processing of that player's existing bonus, unless a change is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
7.6 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the wagering structure, or used as a form of credit against any financial obligation to 9bat.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:
- Opening more than one account on the Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard players through the Platform's own interface.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned to 9bat.
- Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational use of the Platform.
- Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
- Sharing an account with another person or allowing a third party to access or use your account.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9bat staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
9.1 9bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
9.2 Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from their account settings. These controls take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced (made more restrictive) with immediate effect; increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
9.3 A time-out facility is available allowing players to exclude themselves from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a time-out, no bets may be placed and no new promotional communications will be sent.
9.4 A permanent self-exclusion option is available for players who feel that gambling is causing them serious harm. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and the account will be closed. 9bat will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account but cannot guarantee this in all cases.
9.5 Players aged 21 and above are the only persons permitted to use this Platform. 9bat encourages all players to keep their login credentials secure to prevent access by minors.

10.1 9bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
10.2 9bat uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing practices and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
10.3 9bat may share player data with third-party KYC and fraud detection providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required. 9bat will not sell player data to third-party marketing organisations.

11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 9bat name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 9bat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
11.3 Game content provided by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their licensing agreements with 9bat.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9bat's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 9bat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
12.3 9bat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. 9bat is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
12.4 9bat is not responsible for any taxation liability that arises from your winnings. It is your responsibility to determine and fulfil any tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings in your jurisdiction.
13.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting 9bat support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 9bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
13.3 Upon termination for breach, 9bat may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation determines that a breach occurred, 9bat may forfeit the withheld balance. Where no breach is established, the balance will be returned within 14 business days.
14.1 9bat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9bat will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
14.2 If you do not agree with the amended Terms & Conditions, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
14.3 The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document. Previous versions are available on request from [email protected].
15.1 If you wish to raise a complaint about any aspect of the Platform or a specific transaction, you should contact 9bat support in the first instance at [email protected]. Please include your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
15.2 9bat will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours of receipt (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. Complex cases may take longer; 9bat will keep you informed of progress.
15.3 9bat's decision on any complaint is final once the internal complaints procedure has been exhausted. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9bat is incorporated as an offshore operator. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
16.2 9bat operates as an offshore platform accessible to players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of Bangladesh. 9bat makes no representation that the services offered are legal in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
