Session Time Limits
Define the maximum amount of time you can spend on the 9bat platform in a single session. Once your session limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and prevented from logging back in until the session cooling period has elapsed. A session timer is also visible at all times while you play.
Cooling-Off Period
If you feel you need a short break from betting, you can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal but all betting and deposit functionality is disabled. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated.
Self-Exclusion
For players who need a longer break, 9bat offers self-exclusion periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended — no deposits, no bets, and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
Loss Limits

Once your loss limit is reached within the defined period, your betting access is suspended until the period resets. As with deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately while increases require a 7-day review period.
Marketing Opt-Out
